    Made with hand dyed, natural cotton that softens with age and care, and oversize pompoms that dance when worn, these blankets add texture and personality when strewn across a bed or sofa. Flecks of metallic fiber that run through the fabric catch the light and twinkle.

    Better with Time

    Like a long friendship, the natural cotton in our Moroccan blankets arrives with a bit of coarseness to them, but the fibers relax as the blankets are lived in and loved in.

    Blankets are an important part of Moroccan culture, due to the desert climate. Handwoven textiles are woven on home looms and given as gifts to mark special occasions and milestones.

    Most exquisitely adorned of all Moroccan blankets is the handira, or wedding blanket which can be detailed with sequins, tassels, braids and pompoms. You don’t need to be a blushing bride to enjoy our handiras. This Verve Culture blanket is a versatile but a simple version.

    • You can return or exchange full-priced products within 30 days. For the holidays, we are extending the Exchange/Store Credit window to January 15, 2024. Returns for refunds are still within 30 days.
    • To obtain a return or exchange label, e-mail bella@verveculture.com Exchanges and returns for store credit are free. If you prefer a refund, there will be a $10.95 shipping and handling fee that will be deducted from your refund.
