Directions
Apply 1/2 inch of toothpaste to toothbrush. Brush for 2 minutes. Spit, rinse, and SMILE! For best results, brush twice a day.

Baking soda (aluminum free) is alkaline with a pH of 8.1 and will neutralize the acids in the mouth and. Baking soda gently cleanses and polishes the teeth, removes odors and can help freshen the breath.
French Green Clay (also known as Illite Clay or Sea Clay) is very absorbent and helps cleanse the tissues from things like oils, toxins, and impurities found on the surface.

Recycling your toothpaste tube is really easy:
- Step 1: Squeeze out as much of the remaining toothpaste as possible.
- Step 2: Cut the neck off the top of the tube and carefully cut a slit along the side.
- Step 3: Rinse out any remaining toothpaste with warm water and soap.
